This page explains what data tecnocratica.com.co handles when you visit it or talk to us, what we use it for, and what you can decide. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your data is Tecnocratica Services S.A.S., NIT 901.082.118-1, Bogotá, Colombia. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].
2. What we do not do
- We do not ask you to register or create an account to use the site.
- We do not sell your data.
- Analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie settings.
3. What data we handle and why
Technical data of the visit. Like any website, our server and Cloudflare, which delivers the site, record the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser. We use them to keep the site secure and to fix faults.
Your cookie choice. When you answer the cookie notice we keep your answer in a cookie of our own, cookiesjsr, for 365 days, so that we do not ask again on every visit.
The voice concierge. If you start a conversation with the concierge on the contact page, your voice and the conversation are processed by ElevenLabs, the provider that runs the agent. The conversation, including its audio and transcript, is kept for up to 90 days. The details you give it (your name, your company, how to reach you and what you need) are saved so that we can follow up.
The written form. If you write to us instead, we receive the same details you type in the form and use them only to answer you. The form checks that it is filled in by a person with a small computation in your browser, without tracking you.
Team sessions. Only the people who run the site sign in, and only then is a session cookie used.
4. Cookies and analytics
The cookie notice lets you choose which categories to allow, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on every page. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the one that remembers your choice, are always on. If you accept analytics, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to learn which pages are read.
5. Data we receive from Google APIs
Tecnocratica runs an internal reporting tool, "Tecnocrática reports", that reads, with read-only access, the Google Analytics properties and the AdSense account that belong to Tecnocratica and to the sites it operates. It uses the Google Analytics Data API and the AdSense Management API to show visit and earnings reports in the administration pages of those sites. It does not access the Google account of any visitor or any other person.
The data it reads is stored only as report snapshots on our own servers, is seen only by the people who run those sites, is not shared with anyone, is not sold and is not used for advertising. Tecnocratica's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Who we share data with
- The provider that hosts the site and Cloudflare, which delivers it, handle technical data on our behalf.
- ElevenLabs, only if you talk to the voice concierge.
- Google, only if you accept analytics.
We do not share your data with anyone else, unless a competent authority requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Technical data is kept only as long as those purposes need. Voice conversations, up to 90 days. Contact details, while we attend to your request and the work that follows from it. The cookie with your choice lasts 365 days or until you delete it.
8. Your rights
Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 you can know, update and correct your data, ask for it to be deleted, revoke the authorisation you gave, and file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. To exercise them, write to [email protected].
9. Minors
The site is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change what we do with your data we will update this page and the date at the top.
